Welcome!

Hi everyone, and welcome to my (new) blog!

After a few years with more or less motivation to run, workout, eat clean and overall be healthy, I have decided to run my first (and probably only) marathon in April 2018.

I could have waited for months before I told anyone about it, or could have not told anyone altogether just in case I fail… but those who know me in real life (or those who have been following me since my first blog in 2006) probably know it: I like to write and share, I like to be challenged and have goals, and I don’t like to give up unless I am forced to.

I know that this journey won’t be an easy one, and I needed a place to share about the good, the bad, and the ugly to keep myself accountable. So, here I am!

For those who don’t know me, here is a quick ‘I like’ / ‘I don’t like’ introduction :-)

I like:

  • Paris, London, Madrid. And travels in general.
  • Cheese (a lot)
  • Video games
  • Coffee and tea
  • Cooking (both healthy and dirty stuff)
  • Reading
  • Avocado, and eggs (together) (on a toast)
  • Autumn (Colorful leaves and Spice Pumpkin Latte anyone?)
  • Ryan Gosling and Luke Evans (come on, who doesn’t?)
  • My life, in general :-)

I don’t like:

  • Meat (yes, even ham.)
  • The heat
  • Planes

I am planning to share here weekly overviews of my trainings, race recaps (I have a few races lined up already – another article to come about this soon!) and sometimes maybe recipes and active lifestyle and travel experiences as well.
